Something happens.
Something magical and mysterious and hard to explain.
He looks at her and ......... WHAM!
He does not talk to her with a blindfold on and then decide he likes her.
He LOOKS at her.
It is in the eyes,.....the vision,..... the beholding.
Not that she is necessarily beautiful,.....or pretty,..... or attractive.
But she IS one or all of those things in HIS!!!! eyes.

What happens to a woman for her to accept being asked out by a man? Date him? Marry him?

It is mind boggling to realise that men understand the process from their perspective.
But refuse to understand the exact same thing from the female perspective.
Men have this inaccurate fantasy that they can talk a woman into dating, relationship, into being in love with him.
The woman cannot be talked into being in love
any more than the man can.
It just doesn't work like that,...........
either way.
